reflektieren, Bewu\u00dftsein f\u00fcr Dysfunktionales zu entwickeln und gemeinsam konkrete L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr Konflikte zu finden, ist inzwischen weitgehend guter und angemessener Standard.<\/p><p>Grunds\u00e4tzlich verstehe ich Supervision in meiner Arbeit immer als einen emanzipatorischen Akt, der wertsch\u00e4tzend und entwicklungsf\u00f6rdernd abl\u00e4uft.<\/p><p>In diesem Rahmen biete ich im Raum K\u00f6ln an:<\/p><ul><li>Einzel-und Gruppensupervision im therapeutischen Bereich und im Rahmen von station\u00e4rem und ambulantem Gesundheitswesen<\/li><li>Beratung in
